Stéphane joined KMA in 2016 as an Access Planner and was promoted to Associate in 2021. As part of the firm’s multifamily housing team, she walks job sites to confirm compliance with the Fair Housing Act and local accessibility requirements. Stéphane also manages KMA’s commercial due diligence work, completing existing conditions evaluations for commercial, hospitality, and multi-family real estate transactions. Her assignments for KMA have taken her throughout the continental US, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Stéphane moved to the US to attend Wentworth University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. After completing a Master of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy, she returned to the Boston area and joined KMA immediately thereafter.

A true global citizen, Stéphane carries her Caribbean roots to every culture she visits and feels at home wherever she goes. As a black woman, she enjoys being part of a firm that is making the world a better place for those who have historically been disenfranchised. Through her work at KMA and her interest in personal fitness training, she is dedicated to helping people be comfortable and independent.
