KMA collaborated with the City to create a fully accessible entrance to the City Hall building, a hub for local government and community services. KMA developed a comprehensive plan to address multiple facets of accessibility and building performance, providing equitable access for all citizens.

The project scope included the design of accessible parking, an ADA-compliant route to the building, a concrete ramp integrated with the existing architecture, and a new vestibule at the existing City Hall side entrance to improve energy performance.

Together, these improvements significantly enhanced the functionality and inclusivity of City Hall, ensuring that all members of the community, regardless of physical ability, can access municipal services with dignity and ease. KMA’s thoughtful design strikes a balance between accessibility, aesthetics, and sustainability, making City Hall a welcoming space for everyone.
