KMA’s Annual Giving, Year Two

As part of KMA’s annual corporate giving program, the firm allocates 1% of its estimated profit to nonprofit organizations selected by staff. Now in its second year, the program reflects KMA’s commitment to sharing our success in support of equity, accessibility, and community care.

For 2025, KMA staff selected the following organizations to support:

  • American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) — Protects civil liberties and defends fundamental rights, including immigrant justice, trans rights, and reproductive freedom.
  • Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program — Provides comprehensive health care to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
  • SMILE Mass — Supports children and adults with disabilities through accessible education, recreation, and vacation programs.
  • The Trevor Project — The leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ young people.
  • The Home for Little Wanderers — Serves children and young adults from birth through age 26 with programs focused on stability and long-term support.

In its inaugural year, KMA supported the Guide Dog Foundation, Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Worcester, Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, The Trevor Project, and Horizons for Homeless Children.

In addition to its annual giving program, since 2022 KMA has contributed between 2.5% and 3% of its annual airfare costs to the Boston-based nonprofit, Speak for the Trees, Boston, to help offset the environmental impact of our business travel and support urban forest equity.

KMA is proud to share its success in ways that strengthen communities, advance inclusion, and support environmental stewardship.
