Middlebury College
Middlebury College asked Kessler McGuinness & Associates to develop an Access Master Plan as part of its Campus Master Plan. 

The Access Master Plan demonstrated to the Board of Trustees that there are more students, faculty, and employees with disabilities on campus than originally thought, and that addressing issues of parking, pedestrian pathways, and facility access should be an important element of the College’s Master Plan. In a 4-year partnership with KMA, Middlebury College has developed a prioritized list of architectural barrier removal for its main campus and its summer Bread Loaf Campus, accessible design management protocols, accessible egress strategies, accessible parking and pathways plan, and inhouse resources for continued access improvements.
